Little ones, get ready to move and groove with Miss Hana’s Munchkin Movement class! This fun movement class uses dance, and props to allow the creative mind to thrive, learn basic dance skills and explore a variety of music.
Munchkin Movement is the perfect introduction to dance learning skills like twirling, leaping, and shining like the stars they are!
About The Instructor: Miss Hana is a dance instructor for kids and adults and the owner of Feet of a Dancer, with training in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz, and ballroom. She holds a degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and has over 10 years of experience working with children in dance, daycare, and homecare settings. Dance has been a lifelong passion and creative outlet for Miss Hana, allowing her to express herself through movement, choreography, and improvisation. She loves supporting children’s growth and believes dance helps build creativity, confidence, and self-expression at every age.

Join us on Wednesday, February 11th at 10:30 AM to “Play” with an Occupational Therapist. Kids will get hands-on playtime while parents can observe, ask questions and learn what to expect at different developmental stages, plus pick up tips for supporting their child’s growth at home. It’s a fun, interactive way for kids to play and for parents to gain valuable insights!
Andrea Liacoplous, OT is a Family Focused Pediatric Occupational Therapist and the Founder of Rooted Connections. Andrea graduated with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Boston University and work experience includes early intervention, outpatient pediatric clinics, sensory integration clinics, nature-based and aquatic OT. Through transformation from motherhood, fellowships, mentoring, and continual curiosity and exploration, she created what she felt was missing: Family-focused occupational therapy.
Valentine’s Day Card Making Stations

We'll provide all the supplies—paper, stickers, markers, and more—for your little ones to make heartfelt Valentine’s Day cards for friends, family, or someone special.
This event is included with Open Play admission and is perfect for spreading love and creativity. 💕

Date Night Drop Off
Take a well-deserved break and enjoy a night out while we take care of the little ones! Our Date Night Drop-Off events offers a fun-filled evening for your children in a safe and engaging environment. For 3 hours, from 5:15 PM to 8:15 PM, your kids will enjoy a variety of activities, including creative arts and crafts, interactive games, and open play.
Our experienced staff ensures that your children are well cared for while you relax and unwind. It's the perfect opportunity for you to enjoy some time to yourself or with a loved one, knowing your kids are having a great time too!
Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot in advance. We can't wait to see your little ones for a night of fun at The Village Playspace!

Join us Sunday, February 22nd from 9:30–12 PM as little ones dress up in traditional clothing, collect lucky red envelopes, and participate in an exciting lion dance for a festive experience they won’t forget. Welcome to our Music Series, where children embark on a musical adventure that combines learning, creativity, and movement! Our series not only introduces kids to the joy of music but also helps them develop essential skills through fun, interactive sessions.
Each class is a vibrant mix of activities that encourage children to explore new words in other languages, play with instruments, and work on their gross motor skills. Our engaging sing-alongs and rhythm games foster language development, while our movement activities help kids strengthen coordination and motor skills, making learning both fun and physically engaging.

Winter can feel cold and heavy—but you don’t have to get through it alone!
Join us for Postpartum Happy Hour on Wednesday, February 25th from 12:30–2:00 PM as we create space to talk openly about how postpartum parents can get through the winter months.
Craft a cute footprint heart to treasure your little one’s current milestone and share coping strategies, and do a gentle breathing exercise. We’ll also send you home with practical self-care and relaxation tips to support you beyond the play space.
