- Includes up to 10 children (additional child up to 15 is $20/child)

- Party duration - 1.5 hours

- 15 mins prior for DIY decorations

- Table cloths

- Clean up services

- Parking for birthday host and help loading and unloading

PARTY TIME SLOTS

Saturday: 9:30 -11:30, 12:30 - 2:30pm and 3:30 - 5:30pm
Sunday: 12:30 - 2:30pm and 3:30 - 5:30pm

Select weekdays: 12:30 - 2:30pm and 3:30 - 5:30pm

A $200 refundable deposit is required to book every party or private event. Final payment is required 2 weeks prior to party date. Upon paying the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions of The Village Playspace's Party policy.

Cancellation policy:
- To avoid the full cost of party charge, we must be given a 21 day cancellation by phone and you must receive an email confirmation from our staff that your party has been cancelled within the 21 days time frame.
- We understand that sickness happens within the 21 day time frame and we can accommodate rescheduling the party to the next available date.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Facility max capacity is 70 total guests

- All walkers will be part of the children's headcount. Crawlers will be excluded. Guests 13+ years old will be part of the adult's headcount.

- All packages include 24 adults. Additional adults are $10/person.

- Additional kids are $20/ additional child for DIY parties and $25/ additional child for DIFM parties.

- Headcount will be finalized on the day of the party. We will ask for estimated headcount a week prior.

- For DIY parties we are unable to dispose of balloon arches and ask to take them with you. Confetti balloons are not allowed.
